Kickwell patch panel 4 of 4 and the DIY metal bender.
09/12/2018
DIY metal break using scraps and a vice.
Since I really don't have the space for a press or a metal break I have to cludgr together my own. A vice 2 pieces of angle iron "bed frame metal", 2 clamps and a pipe wrench.
For a make shift angle finder I use an Allen key set that is very tight so it won't change. If you need to tighten the bend radius just remove the clamp's and top iron piece and tap with a metal shaping hammer and it will tighten right up.

Finally panel #4. It still needs some clean up and hammer shaping but the bends worked well.

Then the fun of grinding all those welds flat at least the ones one the bottom where the floor pan needs to sit.
